I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, therefore please cancel your appointment 48 hours before your set appointment. if this is not done, I charge a 25% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and all deposits are non-refundable. If you’re 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged 25% No-show fee.
